3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Return Authorization – We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • UK Customers – Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • International Customers – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:
